totally awesome stay!

helpful staff breakfast variety easy travel

the staff was really helpful. the breakfast includes a great variety of choices. it has a subway station right outside of the door, so traveling was easy.

the bar was not always open.

I found the location to be really good, with the convenience of a subway stop right outside. It allowed for easy access to various parts of the city. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was delicious. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I noticed the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. Access to a hot drink was restricted to the foyer until 10:30 am, which proved somewhat inconvenient for early risers.

the staff was super friendly and offered complimentary wine upon arrival. happy hour in the bar downstairs had half-priced drinks . the subway station was right outside, made access to downtown attractions simple.

super service friendly staff

This was my second stay and it was GREAT. Super service was present, and the staff was VERY friendly. There was a good bit of flexibility too. I will happily return next time.

I found there was NO tea or coffee making facilities available within the room. Hot drinks were available only in the foyer and only until 10:30am. This seemed like a pretty BUMMER.

My Superior King room was clean and freshly appointed, and featured a lovely bathroom. A large shower was present, and the room featured a nice, big, comfy bed. crisp linens were present, and a desk also had a GREAT view.

The hotel is near multiple train lines, really steps away from the 9/11 Memorial. I found it to be ideally situated near the historic Financial District. There's a newly renovated pocket park across the street.

The hotel gives access to an italian restaurant next door, a good choice upon arrival. A Pain Quotidian nearby offers healthy breakfasts . A drug store is also conveniently across the street for any needs.

Breakfast-to-go was an excellent way to start my day. It was especially nice if you take it at the little park in front of the hotel. MORE choices for non-caffeinated drinks would make this even better.

The location is very good. The subway station is close by. It is near many downtown attractions. The hotel it self is modern and tidy.

My room was small. There was no place to put my suitcase. There was not enough space to store my clothes. The bar was not owned by the hotel.
